Print Document to File Using Microsoft XPS

I continue to do eBay listings even while traveling.  But here is the problem:  Sometimes I have access to WiFi but not a printer or I have access to a printer and not WiFi.  Right now I am sitting in Starbucks using free WiFi.  I made a sale and I need to print a packing slip from PayPal.  My printer is back in the hotel room but I don't have WiFi there.  What do I do?  The obvious solution is to print the packing slip to a file and then print the file later.  How do I do that?  Use Microsoft XPS!  I am using Microsoft Windows 7.  In my printer menu I can select Microsoft XPS Document Writer (instead of my normal printer) and print to an XPS file on my desktop.  When I have access to my printer again, I open the XPS document and print it like I would print any other file.  Hotels sometimes charge a ridiculous fee for printing services.  Carrying my own printer with me and using this trick saves a few bucks!
